The oldest Baldwin was in Malibu yesterday -- shiner and all -- and he shared some more random knowledge on cow coccyges (that's the plural for coccyx, folks).

Daniel, who dropped out of "Celebrity Rehab," was with his wife and newborn daughter, Avis -- yes, like the car rental company-- and his parents-in-law -- when he told us he's still sober.

TMZ tried to contact a rep to find out what happened to Dan's eye, but our calls weren't immediately returned.
